About The Role Financial Business Services:

Production of reporting to support and influence business decision making through analytical review of both lead and lag indicators. Development and overall management of the business planning process Corporate Services: Development and management of an appropriate governance and risk management framework and the provision of information for investors (Group) Financial Shared Services: Efficient provision of transactional and administrative business processes including related system development and stewardship of core data quality.The BI Analyst is responsible for the provision of automated, relevant, and timely analysis to support the development of strategy and the business decision making process. Essential duties & responsibilities Business Intelligence – data modelling and dashboard creation

Ensure that decision makers across the business (Business Units and Shared Functions) have an accurate and where possible a real-time view of Leads, Pipeline, Customer data and Internal KPIs via dashboards and reporting automation Become an expert in business intelligence dashboards across the key systems of SalesForce and Power-BI Ensure that the needs of the information users and decision makers are always kept front of mind Develop and continually improve the dashboards to ensure the information remains relevant to the usersSupporting the UK Business Units Retention processes

Produce regular Renewal governance reporting to highlight areas for attention and drive progress Bring data together and produce actionable reporting on customer churn, split by categories including type, product, and reasonRevenue Assurance Programme

As an outcome of the renewal process, ensure that the customers who move to rolling terms or towards churn, are put into the quarterly price rise (url removed) and Group KPI management

Ensure the KPI reporting is always accurate, timely and represents a single version of the truth Produce monthly KPI reconciliation summaries for all key metrics   Ensure continuous improvement of KPI reporting to ensure the information stays relevant and provides appropriate insights Ensuring data integrity is underpinned by robust business process and challenge the business where appropriate Work with Finance Business Partners to analyse trends and interpret information to highlight key areas for BU Management Focus Maintain a robust view of the complete UK install base, enabling analysis to be performed across all UK BUsFinance Business Partners

Provide support to the BU Finance Business partners across all aspects of KPI and customer base analysis Ensure that accuracy and consistency is maintained across all BUs Ensure reporting is relevant, targeted and concise so that the business can receive a timely, focused & accurate view of Business Unit performanceSystems Transformation

Provide analysis and insight to support the system transformation programme Assist in the development of the “future state” reporting system Ensure that the underlying data model is fit for purpose in terms of KPI reporting Provide input into the decision-making process to ensure that the reconcilable integrity of the KPIs is maintained Support the Messina migration processSupport to Customer Success department

Provide support, analysis and advice to the Customer Success leadership team Provide analysis to measure the success of the customer ownership approachBusiness Data

Work closely with the GIS team to ensure that the system generated data represents an accurate view of the customer base Deal with bulk data changes as needed via import files

About The Candidate Essential Experience with BI software (For example PowerBI, Qlikview, Salesforce Tableau) Advanced Excel skills Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business High level of attention to detail Inquisitive mind with a positive attitude Keen interest in systems/automation In addition, the following are highly desirable: Previous experience in a technology business would be an advantage, preferably within the managed services or telecommunications industriesAbout The Company Claranet combine pioneering technologies, practices, and expertise to propel our customers ambitions.
