A competitive basic salary of £22,000-£24,000 (DOE) Y1 OTE of £30,000! Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients Identify new business opportunities through research techniques and prospecting, generating new leads to target Proactively contact prospects via phone calls, emails and social channels, initiating contact with key decision makers and booking meetings for senior members of the sales team- you will initially shadow these meetings to understand the buying process, before eventually running some yourself Contribute towards putting together proposals and tenders for clients Project manage your own accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers, ensuring requirements are met and seeking any up-sell opportunities Attend networking events and exhibitions to further build rapport and relationships with key stakeholders at prospect organisations Work closely with the marketing team, supporting and contributing to marketing campaigns Graduate Business Development Executive Requirements:
Educated to degree level Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis Computer literate Highly organised, with excellent time management skills Adaptable and reliable Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Pareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
