Senior Data Analyst


Full time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive basic salary + annual company bonus scheme + parking

Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Home based with regular travel to Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41) and Gatwick

We are looking for a logical and engaging analyst with heightened curiosity to uncover gaps and drive growth for our OOH (Out of Home) team. An analytical sales background with proven demonstration of end to end data mining, insight extraction and presenting to teams with clear actions. Interacting with senior leaders in both our business and the client business will be daily.

You will be responsible for:

* Be the analytical link between Powerforce, our third party Data partner and our Client

* Be responsible for creating a unified source of data from multiple sources

* Be the owner of that source to drive change for our field team and our client

* Attend account reviews, strategic planning meetings

* Manage and monitor data integrity and accuracy

* Develop strong internal and client relationships

* Leverage innovative ideas to enhance business results

You will have:

* Knowledge of the Field Marketing industry, desirably, the Out of Home channel

* Advanced MS Powerpoint, Access and Excel skills

* Expert in Data Management processes and complex data models

* Strong logical, mathematical and numerical skills

* Dynamic and proactive approach

* Expertise in use of reporting techniques including knowledge of web reporting and Power BI

* Ability to translate technical information into simple terms

* Knowledge in the usage of statistical techniques Eg. Regression analysis, Chi-square hypothesis testing, probability distributions etc.
