The vendor ISV Connect Champ role in the UK OCP organization is key to our Business Applications partner success. The goal of the role is to support the UK ISV Connect Champ to orchestrate ISV Connect landing to execute on results. He or she will be aligned to the local UK ISV leader to drive success with UK area relevant Dynamics 365 (Business Applications) ISVs. The successful person will closely work with the UK team to support Business Applications ISV Connect execution, including coordinating across multiple teams and coordinating re-occurring rhythms to drive awareness to Business Application ISVs to field selling teams which include account planning sessions with applicable (Premium, Prioritized) Biz Apps ISV partners and co-sell days awareness. This role will be a strong influencer and orchestrator to align us & partner resources for business impact. The outcome will be to drive long-term revenue, cloud consumption and digital transformation through co-sell with the relevant Biz Apps ISVs. They will also drive monthly cadences for reporting on progress across metrics and facilitating feedback loops across areas of improvements and best practices of what is going well. The role requires expertise in channel sales, partner programs and delivering results with sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves, has a strong background in partner management or business development and possesses the ability to work fluidly across sales and partner organizations. Working knowledge of the business applications space (Dynamics 365), solution sales motions, cloud business models and our technology is also essential to success. The role will include Qualifying Partners, Onboarding Partners to our programmes, driving success for our Partners and us, engaging our sales teams, and reporting on progress.
Drive local Program evangelism. Orchestrate ISV Connect Landing to execute results, supporting area ISV Connect Champ/PMA-S. Support landing of the ISV Connect playbook in area. Integrate ISV Connect into Seller teams. Share monthly updates on Premium Tier apps with area ECM, STU and ATU. Execution of Partner Account Planning meetings with ISVs. Organize and lead Co-Sell Days (awareness events) to complement ECM motions.
