Graduate Sales Development Representative Package:

Generating qualified sales opportunities within the company’s largest and most prestigious accounts, through inbound Marketing generated leads and targeted outbound prospecting. Adoptions: capturing the company’s value, increasing awareness and driving customer enablement programs to support our large scale adoption plays Up and cross selling: creating opportunities in new business departments and upselling the product offering through across all sales methodologies e.g. phone, email, social media, demo’s, etc. Strategic collaboration: with Account Executives, SDRs establish prospecting plans for strategic accounts to uncover new business and grow existing customers. As you progress, entirely manage deals of a larger and larger size as you grow in confidence Graduate Sales Development Representative Requirements:
Educated to degree level Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organisational and time management skills Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Pareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
