|A leading IT consultancy company with a base location of Surrey are looking for multiple permanent Business Analysts to join there IT delivery team working with their key clients across the South East and London. These roles range from junior level through to senior level roles.
The Business Analyst will be working across one of the clients largest programmes implementing various IT programmes across the agile and digital space. The Business Analyst will be working across agile teams on the development of user stories and requirements, generating an understanding of outcomes and values across the business. The Business Analyst will take on Project Manager responsibilities and must show previous work heading up the project lifecycle and working across it.
The Business Analyst will be expected have full lifecycle engagement with customers generating project vision into user experiences. You will also be expected to understand the full business process with dealing with not only user stories but eventual acceptance criteria. The cross functional teams that you could be working with includes; delivery managers, software developers and testers to prepare user stories for delivery.
Travel will be expected for this role to key client locations, majority of this will be Central London and some locations in the South East, this will be fully covered by the client. Some more information on the Business Analyst bellow.
Business Analyst responsibilities include:
Working key agile programmes and implementations with key clients, working across functional teams end to end across the full project lifecycle. Strong stakeholder management skills, either with internal and external customers as you will be working solely on customer facing projects. Experience of working with Agile teams and running user stories facilitation and taking on project managerial responsibilities. Working on various project responsibilities as well as tools and techniques to run project ceremonies and providing project vision. Take ownership of the backlog, and working with the internal teams on driving agile working. Helping clients agree to a project roadmap, focusing on short and long term goals to delivery business values to key clients and customers. Business Analyst skills and experiences:
Full exposure to the Agile Project lifecycle. Worked on business cases including, user stories and acceptance criteria. Ideally from a consultancy background but not essential. Strong stakeholder management skills. Previous examples of working on successful tasks and being able to show work on this. Define project outcomes. They are looking to pay a range of salaries depending on seniority level and years’ experience this ranges of £27,000 for junior candidate up £60,000 plus for senior ended roles with the added option of bonuses on top of that and multiple benefits including private healthcare, generous holiday package, gym membership and travel fully covered to and from client location.
