Digital Project Manager // Digital Agency // Cardiff // Up to £40,000 + Bonus and other benefits

I am looking for a highly organised, efficient and personable Digital Project Manager to join a well known and award winning DIgital Agency based in Cardiff. Acting as the link between clients and teams of UX specialists, web designers, web developers, support execs and software testers, you'll ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard and are delivered within budget and to the agreed deadline.

You'll also build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring that they are always kept informed of the status of their projects and deal promptly with any queries or issues. You'll also play a key role in generating new business from existing clients by identifying opportunities to cross-sell services and providing proposals.

What the Digital Project Manager will be doing: *Acting as the main link between the client and the agency teams by attending meetings and maintaining regular client contact *Taking briefs and working with agency colleagues to devise and present creative and digital work *Working with the Heads of Departments to ensure that all required information is provided to complete a project and that resources are allocated to the project to meet deadlines *Managing budgets and project plans *Dealing with client amendments, ensuring work is completed to agreed specification and thoroughly tested *Working with Technical Support team to ensure the successful delivery of web development projects and the resolution of any technical issues *Managing budgets, campaign costs and liaising with Finance on invoicing and invoice queries *Ensuring that all actions agreed during a meeting are documented and shared with the client and agency teams *Compiling and supplying quotations for new projects *Identifying opportunities to cross and up-sell services to clients *Undertaking general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for *Experience in a similar role, preferably within a web development/software agency (but not essential) *A highly professional, organised and efficient person who is used to managing multiple projects simultaneously *Previous experience of agile methodology in particular Scrum or Kanban *Calm and patient with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines *Excellent attention-to-detail and accuracy *A people person who loves building strong relationships with clients and colleagues *A keen interest in web development and tech *Ambitious, with the desire to work and progress in a fast-paced environment
