Job Description
We are working a rapidly growing organisation who after significant growth within the last couple of years are now seeking a IT professional to join the team.

The role itself will be mainly office based where you will play a key role in supporting the teams with any IT related issues from simple tasks as forgotten passwords to more complex technical IT problems.

General Responsibilities:

* Providing full IT related and technical support to employees within the company.

* Assisting with technical related issues such as laptops, mobile devices, broadband and any issues related to the internal phone systems.

* You will be mainly providing customer support via telephone to assist employees with identifying / diagnosing issues and talking through with them on how to resolve these.

* There may be times where you may need to travel to other sites within a reasonable distant to assist with more complex IT.

* The in house system is run by a third party so building a strong relationship with third party suppliers in order to solve any software problems.

* There may be times when you need to assist with customer support on the phone with customer queries when needed.

If you have strong communication and customer service skills along with proven IT experience / knowledge within either a help desk or IT support role.
