The Service Delivery Communications Manager is part of the IT team and reports to the Vice President of Service Operations. The role will support us in building a single view roadmap of all projects, service improvements and changes that are coming from operations. It will also be implementing the structure and governance around updates to this. Once this is created it will be used to develop the communication strategy and roadmap (including the development of material and templates) to allow our Service Delivery origination to keep in regular dialogue with the business.
What will you be accountable for?
- The Service and Operations Communication framework and campaign planning - Supporting the Service Delivery Management and regional technology managers in material creation - Defining communication templates - Implementing governance for the Operational Roadmap - Developing presentation material for SO leadership team
What skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
- 6 years plus in a Global Service Delivery Management role - Passionate about Service and user experience - Proven track record of building strong lasting relationships within IT and the Business - Passionate about building high functioning teams. - Strong planning and organisation skills. - Highly proficient communication skills to concisely convey technical topics to technical and non-technical people.
- Strong Service Delivery background - ITIL Foundation v3 minimum - Desirable to have experience of Agile ways of working and SAFe
