A great opportunity to join an highly successful Software Consultantancy within their Software Services team based in Bridgwater. You will learn how SMEs operate and learn how to become a business process analyst and ERP consultant.
The role provides pre and post-sales support to clients and colleagues on the implementation, use and operation of their business software products and involves some travel and overnight stays as you visit their customers.
Candidates must have a minimum of a Level 3 (A level or equivalent) qualification in a numerate or business related subject, but the ideal candidate will provide evidence of tertiary learning and demonstrate the desire to continue learning, both with formal qualifications and the acquisitions of new skills and knowledge. Most importantly, you will have worked within SMEs possibly in a number of roles and you will have good understanding of the processes and procedures by which businesses operate.
You will be organised, with good time management skills and have sound problem solving abilities. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and with a strong focus on meeting our customer’s needs, you will be solution and delivery orientated.
It would be beneficial to have already gained an experience of project delivery within a PRINCE2/AGILE framework, but this training will be provided to the right candidate. You will acquire the knowledge of the software .. You must have a full driving licence and access to a car for business use.
