We have built a strong position in the UK market and are looking for a Product Support Executive to join our team and help drive our future business growth. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for their next challenge. The role will suit an ‘all round’ individual. Working in a small team we expect an extraordinary attention to detail and communication abilities as a given as well as a strong work ethic. We require a vibrant individual who can work with our prospects to design solutions to their requirements using the groups platform. We want an individual that is looking to establish themselves within an organisation, take ownership of clients and situations, support our team in the field and demonstrate their desire to develop their career. The role involves dealing at multiple levels with Technical Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers, Project Managers and Directors Day to day duties will include the following activities * Technical Account Management of existing client base * Identify development potential within the existing client base and work closely with the Sales team to deliver an effective solution * Proactive customer-facing support and development * Internal cross-selling / working with Branch Network salesforce / National Construction Accounts * 1st & 2nd Line Helpdesk Support * Telesales * Existing / Prospect Customer email campaign * Barbour ABI research and lead assignment * Marketing assistance - Case studies / Exhibitions Personal Characteristics * A high degree of initiative, personal judgment, resourcefulness, flexibility and a self-motivating approach; * The ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks in accordance with deadlines based on only broad direction with minimum supervision; * Enthusiasm and willingness to meet challenging demands, working with different people, to deadlines and within budget * A pragmatic and flexible attitude. Capabilities * Analyse complex information, identify problems, gaps and conflicts within existing accounts * Have the credibility to gain and retain the confidence of colleagues in their own and interfacing areas of specialisms * Work independently, and initiate actions and activities; * Use a range of communications and influencing skills and strategies to interact with clients and stakeholders * Express ideas coherently through a variety of media to audiences and individuals.
