I seek a 1st line helpdesk candidate to provide initial technical support in response to telephone requests and emails. The successful candidate will be a first point of call for all company users. Duties will include logging requests and actioning and escalating where appropriate. This is a great opportunity to work with a successful and forward-thinking company.
•Windows Server 2003/08/12 admin & config – Knowledge of and basic skills •Active Directory admin – Knowledge of •Remote support of users in a virtual environment – Remote support yes.
