|Helpdesk Call Analyst (nightshift) £17,000 + £45.00 shift allowance per shift worked OTE c£24,000
Based in the centre of Nottingham this is a great opportunity for an outgoing, confident and experienced IT Helpdesk Operator to work within a small team providing IT helpdesk support to European and UK clients on the nightshift.
This is a target driven role that requires you to take ownership, resolve queries and problems, delve into technical issues and monitor to a successful conclusion / resolution.
Suit customer focused individual with previous experience of working under pressure within a fast paced help desk / support centre and / or retail environment.
Must have knowledge on windows, active directory, and an awareness of hardware/software faults.
First class communication skills and the ability to deal with customers on the phone and resolve varying levels of IT queries essential.
You must be happy to work a continual 12 hour night shift: 19:30 – 07:30 or 20:00 – 08:00 with 1.5-hour total break per night on a 4 on, 4 off basis.
