|We seek an experience Tech Support person with responsibility to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to the clients businesses. You will be responsible for providing basic desktop and server support by determining customer issues, analysing symptoms and where possible, solving underlying problems, before considering escalation to 3rd line support.
User account management Manage support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds expectations escalating as required to level 3 support Manage users’ expectations Ensuring accurate recording of all cases Provide a quality level of service and communicate complex issues to non-technical users Support users at different sites in Sussex and remotely support our German and US company users
Citrix Windows Server AD Microsoft Office ERP CRM Exchange Laptops, PCs, Mobile Phones Imaging Sharepoint
It should be noted that this is a support role which requires a flexible approach to work finish times.
2-3 years experience in an IT Support or Service desk environment. Good working knowledge of MS windows, all desk top and server versions Hardware and software support Experience of configuring desk top pc’s, laptop and network printers Strategic and analytical thinking Good customer service skills Full driving licence Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent attention to detail Troubleshooting
