|Becoming a Systems Analyst with Capita Communications and Control solutions:
Working within the Development team and alongside Product Management, the system analyst will be primarily responsible for the elicitation of new requirements from a variety of stakeholders (both external and internal), and presenting these requirements to the team for development.
The System Analyst may fulfil a Product Owner role (where required) on nominated products.
The System analyst will also have responsibility for the triage of issues into the department in order to provide a quick response to support and project stakeholders
What you will do:
Evaluate customer requirements to elicit the underlying problem and present the problem in written and spoken form. *
Responsible for carrying out the day to day activities in the triage process *
Responsible for carrying out the day to day activities in the Request for Change process *
Fulfil the Product Owner role (where required) in an Agile SCRUM environment for nominated product sets *
Responsibility for suggesting and contributing to process improvements *
Contribute to technical product documentation information map *
Document existing technical product information
Your experience will include:
Have the proven ability to capture business or technical user stories/requirements from internal and external customers. *
Possess Technical writing skills *
Excellent communication skills. *
Agile/ SRUM environment would be highly desirable.
