|Project Manager, Global Software Provider Leamington Spa, Warwickshire £40-50k per annum
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing software provider who currently require a Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Leamington Spa.
You’ll business partner and work with a number of blue clients across EMEA delivering full lifecycle implementations of bespoke software products.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong delivery focused mindset and a can-do attitude. You’ll lead projects from the initial requirement gathering, right the way through to implementation. A large part of the role will also invovle taking ownership for the budgets on the financial side.
*This particular role will also invovle travel to client sites which will vary depending on business demand. On average this will work out to 5 days per month. Your responsibilities;
- Project Management for software implementation and transformation projects with new and existing customers across EMEA. - Analysis of customers business requirements - Processing of the projects assigned to him/her in the fields of logistics, supply chain management and international trade. - Conformity with project-specific requirements - Compliance with deadlines - Compliance with budget - Implementation of software solutions and management thereof throughout the lifecycle of the project - Taking customer projects from inception to go live with successful handover of the completed solution to account services team - Change Management and control of scope within projects. - Stakeholder management
What experience you’ll need;
- Strong Project Management experience in the field of delivery of software solutions and management of such implementations within a commercial environment with external customers. - Demonstrating successful delivery to scope, budget and timeframes agreed - Demonstrating experience of successfully managing change with change control and change management processes. - Experience working on projects of varying sizes and demands, from small implementations through to enterprise project delivery. - Strong stakeholder management skills - innovative and able to provide positive input and fresh ideas - able to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines - able to work independently and as part of a team - able to travel at short notice (if required) - ideally experienced in one or more of the following areas; - customs solutions - logistics and supply chain - global trade solutions
