Role Profile:

* Supervisory and team leadership of the Application Support Team – with an emphasis on building knowledge/best practice and mentoring * Provide customer facing ICT support and assistance to our staff with their use of ICT systems and devices. * To support and manage ICT Business Systems and Data used by the telent business. * Manage asset information and provide reports to the management team.

Typical Deliverables:

* Incident management with an emphasis on Problem Management * Assist users to get the maximum benefit from ICT services, providing operational and technical support * Configure, distribute and administer remote access tokens and user authentication access. * Administer and maintain the security of business systems * Provide operational support for the users of our business systems * Collaborate with our users to resolve faults with services including undertaking root cause analysis * Closely liaise with our 3rd party suppliers to enable faults to be resolved within SLA * Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems * Develop, coordinate and conduct IT training, educational and orientation programs for users * Develop and maintain documentation of systems * Support project activities by managing testing

We’d be delighted to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:

* Experience in process improvement * Well organised with ability to prioritise * Ability to follow processes * Preferably has experience of either managing projects, or participating in projects – this role will develop these * Ideally the role would be filled by an ICT practitioner * An Information Systems / Business related degree would be useful * Excellent communication skills * Good under pressure * Good customer focus and service skills * Ability to lead a team
