|Our unique client is looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to act as the 1st escalation point for the Support Team. You will have previous Helpdesk/Support experience and be keen to support the team with technical issues, manage holiday, sickness and rotas for the team. You will be used to working to SLA's and be happy to report into to a Line Manager. You will be happy to work on a shift rota of 4 days on and 4 days off between Monday to Sunday.
