|Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a local not-for-profit organisation in the recruitment of an IT & Systems Team Leader to provide comprehensive IT support across the whole organisation.
The IT & Systems Team Leader is the specialist that will work with the wider IT team and our stakeholders across the business to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
From a technical background, and used to working at all levels with Microsoft Server and Cisco technologies, the successful candidate will be able to plan, design, configure and maintain the entire organisation-wide IT estate which is spread across multiple locations.
The role requires frequent liaison with external contractors, internal customers and the senior management team, and so strong interpersonal skills are required. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all IT & Systems related issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Previous experience in this type of role is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and experience of systems analysis and system design. Good proven project management skills, strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential to this role.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a IT & Systems team or helpdesk, solid understanding of information systems and databases and ability to work positively within a team environment, supporting colleagues to reach their full potential. You will be Degree educated or qualified by experience.
