|Our client a software provider based in Chipping Norton are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work within a busy vibrant team where you will be supported by senior support staff and report into the system and applications support manager.
The Systems Analyst role involves;
* The support the issue investigation and resolution procedures, by applying excellent problem solving and customer service skills. * Identifying the source and reasons behind user and system raised issues and triggering workflow to resolve them. * Application support, SQL server etc.
* Primary function is to analyse and investigate help-desk requests relating to business software. * Contact and update users regarding the investigation and progress of their requests. * To carry out administrative functions within our Business Software. * To assist with the maintenance and creating of Systems documentation.
