Software Support Analyst (Cloud Computing, London)

Salary: £30 - £40K Basic (DoE) + Excellent Benefits

Location: London, central

Customer focussed software product support analyst required by global software company to work from their London based offices.

Are you a confident speaker, with the personality and professionalism, to have real enthusiasm for working with a wide variety of people, and have the ability to be calm and patient under pressure?

We have need for a dedicated product support specialist to take the reins of providing dedicated platform support to the customer base – you`ll have that special blend of excellent customer service, combined with an inquisitive, technical nature to really get to the bottom of issues. Strong troubleshooting is a must.

Working as the 1st line of customer & software Product support, you will be exposed to a wide range of technologies & industries.

- Technical expertise shall include experience with Microsoft Windows, Common internet browsers, Cloud Computing (SaaS) with either Client Server or web-based applications, experience with standard off-the-shelf applications software, operating systems (Windows and Linux) and Networking.

- Exposure to web based applications and Linux systems is preferable but not essential.

- Device Knowledge around – Desktop PC /Mobile Android and iPhone Devices.

- Proven experience as customer support for a technology company.

- Excellent knowledge of windows services, operating systems, networks, servers, and databases.

- Networking and software applications knowledge.

- Written and verbal communication skills to a very high standard with positivity & proactive-ness at all times.

- Coding experience a plus (example: JavaScript, CSS, HTML; common in-browser scripting skills for troubleshooting)

- Ideally, a Bachelor`s Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems/Science, etc.)
