Entering a new phase of growth in their high-tech, fast moving London office, our client are now looking for a Sales Coach to join their French speaking Sales team.

The Role - Sales Coach FR

As part of our clients growing Sales Coaching team, you will:

• Coach and support sales people by conducting side-by-side call monitoring, evaluate call quality and ensure maximum success with every opportunity. • Focussing on account management, you will be responsible for coaching / training the team to work with clients to provide a consultative approach to ensure optimisation. • Conduct 1:2:1 coaching sessions and write call coaching evaluation reviews. • Using feedback obtained, deliver follow up training sessions to ensure consistent improvement. • Work with the sales manager to identify training opportunities across the sales team. • Work with the team to conduct regular group coaching and classroom training sessions. • Work with new employees on sales inductions. • Improve soft skills across the team.

The Candidate - Sales Coach FR

The ideal candidate will: • Have a strong background in sales and sales leadership. • Speak both fluent English and French and have strong communication skills. • Be able to demonstrate a strong track record in coaching and developing sales teams. • Have c2-3 years' experience in sales plus c2-3 years in management (ideally inside sales teams). • Ideally have a background from an e-commerce organisation or call centre environment. • Have a background from a B2B sales environment. • Have an energetic, personable and flexible personality with the passion to work in a fast faced, proactive environment
