The Role

As a Technical PM you will:

• Work closely with product owner(s) to capture and articulate requirements (functional and non-functional), ensuring a clear and common understanding of scope for delivery teams • Coordinate multiple teams to plan delivery schedules, define and identify acceptable milestones, align dependencies and track progress against agreed targets • Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders, ensuring decision making at the appropriate levels to enable projects to be responsive to change • Proactively liaise with stakeholders to ensure all risks and issues are appropriately mitigated, and escalated where appropriate • Provide support to resolve project issues where necessary • Ensure actions, assumptions, dependencies, decisions are validated, captured and acted upon • Support problem and requirements analysis to define paths of activity and execution for governance-led initiatives, both programme governance and audit compliance • Develop best practices and tools for project reporting, execution and management

The Person The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• A strong technical background • Strong analytical and product/deliverable management skills • Embraces a servant leadership mindset • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse personality types

Knowledge and experience in:

• Delivering projects (both software and infrastructure e.g. Cloud) in an agile environment • Working in an enterprise organization • Documentation and Workflow tools e.g. Confluence, Jira, Trello
