Job Role: Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Junior Project Manager Location: Hereford with travel Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 DoE

The role of Project Manager will provide full SDLC Project Management for approved core solutions, products and services for this growing organisation. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the job will include:

* All aspects of Project Management; accountability for programme and project delivery * Definition, scoping and planning of multi-disciplinary programs and projects * Program and project structuring and portfolio management * Building key client relationships * Feasibility studies and business case development * Roll-out design and management * Program and project audits and assurance reviews

You will be responsible for ensuring that all Projects are managed to agreed standards and methodology, and deliver the expected benefits. The main responsibilities of this role will include:

* Proven management of Business Analysts and TDA's; * Sit on client/s IT Steering Group and/or liaise with the Project/Program Sponsor; * Keep aware of the external environment and facilitate public relations; * Ensure satisfactory liaison with Stakeholders and customers at all required levels; * Establish consistent management policies and guidelines; * Plan and prioritise sub-projects to meet the overall project goals; * Oversee selection and appointment of services and resources to projects; * Approve the major commitments on behalf of the performing organisation, including clients, partners and vendors (multi-sourcing); * Where necessary - resolve resource conflicts * Facilitate regular reporting, reviews and audits; * Organise the transfer of 'Care, custody and control' of the entire works upon completion; * Ensure efficient closure and archiving of project or program records. * Building and managing stakeholder maps * Initiating and maintaining project plans and documentation; * Managing and motivating project teams; * Have a proven track-record of portfolio and financial management, with significant budgets; * Both Waterfall & Agile Methodologies * Initiating and maintaining Program plans and documentation.

* Exemplary Project and Engagement Leader; * Excellent leadership and communication skills demonstrating a clear leadership capability; * Builds sustainable relationships with clients at middle-top and top management level, utilising these for successful client delivery and in seeking out further business opportunities; * Likely to have identified and taken the lead in major pursuits resulting in new or additional business; * Recognised both internally and by clients for providing effective relationship and commercial management in complex environments; * Capable of developing and delivering formal presentations to senior clients; * Innovative; * Comfortable within a consulting lead model; * Proven ability to architect innovative solutions which delivers value to clients whilst managing internal risk; * Proven ability to leverage the appropriate range of capabilities to bring value to clients; * Able to lead and guide clients into thinking about the overall business change and deployment agenda; * Regarded as thought leader; leads generation of points of view or service offers, ensuring output is business lead and differentiation; * Experienced in assisting customers with maximising business opportunities through the exploitation of digital integrated solutions.
