JOB OVERVIEW: Telesales Executive / Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation / Telemarketer / Telemarketing / Internal Sales Executive (software or technology sales advantageous but NOT essential)

SALARY: EXCELLENT basic plus £4,800 commission potential / OTE, plus comprehensive benefits package !

LOCATION:- Christchurch, Dorset

THE ROLE:- My client has a fantastic opportunity for a number of Inside Sales / Telesales Executives to join the sales team promoting their Cloud-based risk management technology platform. You will be responsible for prospecting new business leads via cold calling, promoting the solution and booking web demonstrations or face to face meetings for the company's Business Development Managers.

Your duties will include but not be limited to;

- Prospecting leads and making outbound calls - Generate new business opportunities targeting B2B clients - Book qualified appointments for your fellow Business Development Managers / external field sales team - Manage your sales pipeline - Updating the database with customers details and current activity - Manage all prospecting details on the CRM system - Sourcing and researching new business leads - Developing new business opportunities where possible - Build and maintain new business relationships with prospect clients - Pass across qualified leads to the external sales team

PERSON SPECIFICATION:- - Experience of securing new business leads through telesales / cold calling. (B2B preferred but not essential) - Hunger and self-motivated to achieve sales targets and financial rewards - Professional telephone manner and good negotiation skills - Confident in speaking at decision-maker level - Evidence of successes and track record against targets - Well organised team player - Excellent communication skills, initiative and enthusiasm - Planning and organisational skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure - Passion and drive
